「Everything was excellent. The pool was greatly enjoyed and very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent and had so many choices. It could be a little noisy at times in the rooms but to be expected at a family hotel.」

「I reserved two rooms. One room had four dark stains on the carpet. This is an older hotel so the room carpets and base boards show wear consistent with its age. Beds & linen were clean and not a problem. This was a one night stay and the main amenity desired was breakfast, which was pretty good.」

「I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.」

「The staff was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Bed little to firm but good. Got up this morning to take a shower but tub and bathroom sink had backup water in it full of hair. Wasn't there last night but was this morning.」

「The free breakfast delivered to the room at 11 was good especially since we wanted to sleep in and check out was at 1200. The room was cute, but not very assessable for those with any issues. The bathtub in the room that we stayed in was a very large step or climb down. The bed was small and up against the wall which made it difficult for the person sleeping next to the wall to get up during the night. The staff were very nice and helpful. 」

「The room had almost no light, a strong smell—like varnish—and a dirty refrigerator; there was the smell of food throughout the entire hotel, and rat traps were everywhere. The neglected courtyard—generally depressing.」
