Greece and the Greek people are renowned for their hospitality, at Giota rooms this went up a level making us feel like we were at home. Close to everything with a magnificent rural background, miss it already, will be another reason for us returning to Greece next year

Decent hotel in a quiet town

The hotel is located in Arkoudi, around 1 hour from Olympia by car. The room was a bit small and we had some problems with ants/other insects getting into the room despite using the insect mesh nets provided. The a/c in the room wasn't very effective - it was more comfortable to leave the balcony door open overnight instead. Our stay was decent overall and the staff were very friendly
