"We booked two rooms one of the queen beds had blood stains and we asked for clean sheets a few times and never got them. The other room had crumbs on the floor when we first entered and we asked for the rooms to be cleaned but no one came. Wouldnt stay there again."

"Was there for an event so didn't get to enjoy the pool or other amenities. They looked amazing though, might have to go back to enjoy another day! Clean rooms, minimal interaction needed with staff"

"Arrived and room smelled like cigarettes when it was a smoke free, told the cleaning lady and she just sprayed febreese. I was in a hurry for an extent but didn’t have time to waste, came back at night and odor was strong still. Let owner know but didn’t offer anything to help "

"The room was filthy and while looking for something I dropped I encountered an earring in one part of the room and a piercing gem in another. The staff was very polite and accommodating. But "breakfast" is 6 kinds of bread and juice and coffee - that's it. However, the room itself was roomy and well designed. Great lighting! Very comfortable bed! Comfortable furniture. We actually enjoyed our stay in spite of the limitations. "

There is nothing particularly wrong but this location has seen better days and some mediocre upgrades - the kind where you can the trim and paint and things are shoddy or not aligned. The restaurants were either closed or a ghost town - but I did have decent evening meal there. So no real complaints. "

"Check in was fast and easy. There was trash in the trash can when we walked into the room. No big deal. Other than that it was clean. Seems outdated compared to some of the other Tru motels I have stayed at. "

"Main parts of the room were clean, like the bed, counters, etc. but the room could use a good deep clean. There was tooth paste splatter around the doors and the corners of the bathroom could use some TLC. We had room 201 - a family suite. The room layout was awesome, great for our family. If you are sensitive to odors, I do not recommend this hotel, the lobby has a constant air freshener smell (it does smell good). The bedroom on the other hand… it was noticeable, not pleasant, but thankfully we went nose blind to it quickly. Pool was there. Kids enjoyed the hot tub, it was very foamy…"
