「We have stayed here 3 times in the last 2 months and the pool has been closed all 3 times for maintenance」

「 I do a lot of traveling. I don't understand why some cheaper hotels insist on pushing people out for their convenience of cleaning after we pay $75 for barely 12hrs of time without being disturbed several times in the morning starting before 9am knocking on doors and calling rooms. What has happened to customer service? Travelers don't want consecutive morning reminders that check out is 11am. When I didn't answer the room service because I was half asleep when they knocked they actually opened...

「The room was clean but lighting could have been better. Hotel is changing from Wyndham to Fairmont by Marriott as of Feb. 25 which created some confusion. Staff were pleasant and heipful.」

Really wanted waffles but waffle iron not working per note on machine! Overall a solid 9.5 out of 10! Thanks ...Will stay here again!」
