「The pool was not well maintained, e.g. the room key don’t open the pool’s doors and the front desk refused to fix it. It’s included in the stay to have access to the pools. The room has many old parts and the neighbors were loud.」

「Great experience! The staff was very nice and had great recommendations! My only complaint is our room was next to housekeeping and it got noisy, waking us up at 730am on a Sunday.」

「The building and rooms are older and show the wear but it was clean. The bed was too soft for my tastes and woke up with backache. Air conditioning works. There was plenty of parking available. They gave our dog a cute little goodie bag with treats and a ball. 🙂」

「The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.」

「Annoying checking in process. But over all very pretty, not the best location and parking, backyard needs some landscaping done but house is really pretty inside and out, enjoyed out get away .」
