"The place was neat and clean, walkable distance to mall road. It was in a quite location. Staff was helpful and the food at their restaurant was good (we had a breakfast there only). "Excellent service. Rooms were very clean. Excellent breakfast. Super bathrooms. My only concern was overbooking and we have to wait and convince them that we had 4 rooms. They didn’t have confirmation from Expedia for 4th room which was never expected with Serena hotel . Someone at the hotel changed our booking. Later they admitted 4th room."
