"Very scenic location, but far removed from restaurants."

"Our reservation for three rooms was not honoured, so we had to make do with two rooms for seven people. The pool was filthy and so was the hot tub. There was a dirty pillowcase left behind in one room. Breakfast was not good. There was only a single double slice toaster for too many people, the eggs were so dried out they were inedible, the breakfast room was uncomfortably hot so the air conditioning was probably not working. The decor was nice and the riverside garden looked nice."

"Toilet plugged in our room, the second plunger I was given allowed me to fix it myself! The second lock on the door was broken, the Kleenex box in the bathroom had two tissues in it, no plugs for the sink or bathtub, no face cloths. We were given two room cards to unlock our room, only one worked - went to the office twice to get it working, with no luck so I gave up. The bed mattress was great though!"
