"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Check in and parking was easy. We were in room 2113, it was next to the elevators. We loved the location but it was noisy. The floor in the room was slanted. Can’t say I have ever experienced this before. We thought we were crazy but put a can of hairspray on the floor and it proved us right quickly rolling to the lower side. Beds were comfortable but also on a slant. My daughter slept with her head and the foot of the bed because of it. The shower was nice. There was stuff left in our refrigerator from a previous guest as well as hair on the bathroom counter. Th ere are 3 restaurants in the hotel but nothing is open for lunch. Was kind of disappointing. The Arc bar was very kind and did a great job helping with our food allergies. Above and beyond. Overall a great location and nice stay."

"This hotel’s location is its only redeeming quality, with convenient walking access to attractions like Shedd Aquarium and Soldier Field. Unfortunately, the condition of the property completely overshadowed any benefit of the location. Our room had a serious cockroach problem. After spotting multiple bugs, we notified staff, who then inspected the room and discovered cockroach eggs under the sink. Even more alarming, roaches began crawling out of the dishwasher when it was turned on. It was absolutely unacceptable and deeply unsettling. While management did close off the room after our complaint, infestations this severe rarely exist in just one room. Cleanliness and guest safety should never be compromised. Travelers should think carefully before booking here, as the convenience is not worth the potential health concerns."

"I stayed here for a work trip and I think it was pretty great. The common areas were clean, the host responded in some occasions. They communicated well with check in and check out. I do have some concerns, I brought up some safety concerns I had concerning one of the other guests and my safety. This guest was up at random hours of the night and I reached out to the host with no response from them. I had to reach out to the housekeeping who reassured me that all cameras do work in case something is wrong. She checked in on me everyday after that, I wish the host prioritized me. I hope to see my security deposit within the week as promised. I also had some concerns because of the past reviews but I am going to give it a week and hope to see that security deposit returned to me. Other than that, they have a lot of cooking utensils, the kitchen is set up nicely. Extensive amount of parking. The community is great not too loud. Everything was cleaned daily by housekeeping."
