「This is a stunning small boutique hotel with wonderful staff and excellent service. The furnishings and decor are very attractive and homely and the roof terrace is spectacular. Breakfast was superb for continental! But Hotels.com needs to update its description, they don’t offer a free transfer service to the port any longer and it is not a swimming pool on the terrace but a thermal pool with waters from a local hot spring, which is simply wonderful! This is not negative feedback just a note...

「I enjoyed the stay, the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I think the 10 euros for the ride from the port to the hotel was a bit much since it’s a 5 minute drive but it’s needed if you have a big suitcase. Breakfast was very good and the view was great.」

「Posto meraviglioso. Siamo stati coccolati dal proprietario, il Dottore, e da Stefano. La struttura era molto bella, con piscina e docce esterne con acqua termale direttamente dal Vulcano. 「We were in Italy 5 weeks, and Lipari was my favorite place. We liked it so much we decided to stay two extra days. We used the common kitchen area and had an enjoyable time meeting others doing the same thing. It made our room seem twice as large. 」

「Great place, a mile away from town, very walkable. Staff was fine. The only draw back was (I assume was the owner) literally had a meltdown, was screaming at the staff and at one point threw a chair across the room. 」

「It was such a great place. The hotel staff was so nice and always very supportive. It was outstanding child friendly. If you travel to Lipari with a child you should definitely book this hotel. It was such a wonderful place :)」
