「The property is located in a lovely part of town, and the apartment itself is quite spacious. However, our experience was heavily impacted by terrible maintenance and slow management response times. For three days—roughly 75% of our stay—the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Despite our urgent requests for a quick resolution, the property managers took forever to respond, leaving us essentially without a usable bathroom sink. 「Overall a very good stay. The location is good, close to Plaza de Armas, the bus station and its walking distance to the old town where most attractions are. The room is new and under good condition. 」

Everything is clean and there are good facilities, including washing machine, cooking utensils, etc. It is at the heart of the city, so it is convenient to go to the tourist spots. 「This is a pretty, well-located, well set-up property close to the tourist areas and to restaurants and bars. The room was thoughtfully prepared and the beds were comfortable. The windows and balconies are very nice and the rooftop patio is great. There are lots of well-located electrical outlets. The location of the laundry wasn’t clear so note that it is accessible from the rooftop patio. We didn’t find it until after we had already used a laundromat in the neighborhood.
