"This hotel is in modern Tallinn but only about eight minutes walk from the old town which is ideal. The hotel was really good but has a lot of dark rooms so ask for rooms with a bit of a view if you don’t like looking into walls."

"GOOD SIZED ROOM.TV BIT SMALL.NO COFFEE OR MILK JUST TEA. QUIET EXCEPT FEW MORNINGS HEARD POSSIBLE BIN WAGON. STAFF FRIENDLY AND GOOD LIFT. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT COULD GET CROWDED AS NOT VERY BIG ROOM. GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION. HAD THE GREAT VALUE 3 COURSE LUNCH IN THE MIX RESTAURANT.RECOMMENDED."

"My room was modern, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very good quality. Breakfast was decent but can do with some more variety of food. I was disappointed however that a full housekeeping is not done for the first three nights of the stay. The hotel is using “Climate” as an excuse, whereas it’s clearly a cost-cutting method. A chain like Hyatt really should offer full clean & housekeeping every single night."
