"Well. Starters went to Cadillacs the lounge. Waited 25 minutes to get served. Drinks that came unacceptable. I paid we went to the restaurant. Waited there. Meal came over cooked. Cutlet. After I started eating no one came back to ask. Told the server. When I paid. She Didn’t seem to care. Area was dirty. Outside noise was a bit much. "

"When booking on Expedia, no mention of pool closed for maintenance. Could hear it on the 4th floor, drilling. And no mention of parking either. Said covered on their website. Not covered. The did make good with refunding the parking and gave us a free breakfast buffet. The buffet was not good, barely any eggs and what was left was dried out and rubbery. Sausages greasy and had a terrible taste. Waitress made sure to leave a $0 bill with a smiley face and wrote tip. Room clean and had everything we needed. When I addressed some issues with staff at first, very blahhhze. Fixed after on phone for 1 hour with expedia. They are renovating hotel. Just be forth coming with what you are offering."
