First room smelled of urine and had roaches, 2nd roomed had unfinished work in the bathroom and loose trimming on flooring and I can go on. The toilet seats are so worn out and stained. I can’t believe rooms are being offered with these types of problems. This is my first review ever and I’m not happy.

The beds were good & clean, but almost everything else needed to be deep cleaned. The pools needed scrubbed, they had algae all over them.. but the slides were fun. The rooms need updating. Overall, it’s ok if you just need somewhere to sleep & shower.

The whole place needs cleaned and updated. The towels were scratchy. Nasty floors, pools and pool areas need cleaned. Our fridge and phone did not work. The tv barley worked

The room had a horrible smell, the linens on the bed were dirty with a nasty smell, the bath tub was filthy with stains, the floor around the toilet was disgusting. The pools OMG had had green slime around the edges and the smell of chlorine was overwhelming, the water was so cloudy you could not see the design of the turtle at the bottom and let’s not forget the adults smoking at the pool. The place was just disgusting, I will never stay here again!!!

I should have read reviews before we arrived, but I didn’t. We checked in & went to the room & there was POOP on our bathroom door, holes in the wall, the paint on the cabinets were chipped off, where you hang your clothes was rusted. My kids found a chewed up Zyn pouch (tobacco) on the bed. You couldn’t see through the pools water, the kiddie pool was absolutely filthy. There was algae on the pool steps and the bottom step was broken on the pool. We went to dinner and came back to get ready for bed & when we pulled the blankets off there were brown stains on the sheets. We saw a roach & bugs in the bathroom. If I could give 0 stars I would. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Only only compalint i have is 2 out of 3 times we stayed the shower was leakin all night causing low pressure in the shower head. Having to go up front just to get towels/rags and noone ever came in 4 daysband took our used towels and rags

The pool is AMAZING but they need to chill on the chlorine. It burned my eyes to where I couldn’t sit for more than 10 mins from the hot tub.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Longtime Guest Extremely Disappointed I have been coming to this hotel for over 10 years. It used to be a place we looked forward to every single year—clean, family-friendly, and well-managed. Unfortunately, the last two years have been a complete disappointment, and this most recent visit will be our last unless major changes are made. To begin with, the Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay, which made it difficult to manage even basic things. We also had a serious leak in our room that left our entire floor soaking wet for all four days—completely unacceptable. On top of that, the slides, once a highlight of the property, were so damaged they were cutting kids’ feet. Several families had similar complaints. That’s a major safety hazard that should have already been addressed. Worse, one of the staff members falsely accused our girls of misbehavior in the pool area. Not only was it untrue, but the situation was handled in a very unprofessional and accusatory manner. The overall cleanliness of the hotel has gone drastically downhill, and it seems like standards across the board have dropped. I regret not reading the recent reviews ahead of time—it’s clear this property has gone from a 5-star destination to barely hanging on to 2 stars.
