"Very nice hotel, close to the beach, a 5-10 min walk through a pine grove. Breakfast (11 euro) - was good. The room itself was spacious, good air conditioners, fridge, stove, sink, balcony and rack for drying swimming suites. Beach towels are not included/provided. Bathroom shower did not drain very well. There was a chemical smell in the room. Overall the stay was good."

"The front desk person was fantastic. I think his name was Massimo(Max). He sent us lots of information before our stay and was super friendly and welcoming when we arrived. We had a beautiful suite with a wonderful view of the sunset. We were actually thinking of changing our itinerary and staying another night. "

"This place is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. The property has gorgeous landscaping all throughout the place. There is an awesome pool and a trampoline. Patio area to chill at and the rooms are in great condition. Set up like an apartment with a full kitchen. Great location, it is not far from restaurants, a local shop and only about 15 mins from the tourist are with the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, etc. Our host Virginia was absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful. "We had a new 1 bed cabin. It was adequate for our needs for a week, if a little on the small side. There was no storage for our luggage, which took up valuable space and no kettle to boil water for tea. We had to use the saucepan. However pouring boiling water from a big pan into a small cup was tricky. Manager told us Italians don't use kettles.pool was good and short walk to beach."

"The hotel is centrally located between the train station (right across the plaza) and the Tower. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly, especially Sylvia. She gave us a tip on a great restaurant that is right around the corner and set us up with a friendly taxi driver to/from the Tower. "

"We arrived at the hotel very late, to a friend of Welcome and the offer of room service for some drinks, as the hotel didn’t have a bar The staff kindly helped us to get our bags to our room which is very spacious and clean, although a little bit tired in decoration. However the excellent location of the hotel in the historic centre overlooking the river more than made up for the decor. A pleasant buffet breakfast was included in the price. All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly. I would happily stay there again "
