「The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, despite the fact I arrived at 2am. Also the morning receptionists were very nice. Thank you. The room was very comfortable with all the essential things you need, included coffe and tea. The room was all renewed. Bathroom very clean The bed and pillows very comfortable. 「Nice location, easy to find with car and google. Good kitchen but the kitchen utensils were located at a strange place. No dryer in room and no hot water for my husband after I am done with my shower. No one at reception to help with this after 10pm. Not good for visitors who have a nightlife.」

「Really great location for exploring Reims. About 15 minutes’ walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the cathedral, and only a stone’s throw from evening drinks in Place Stalingrad. Room was comfortable and quiet, with effective air conditioning. Breakfast was included and had an excellent selection - we particularly liked the loose leaf teas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cold filtered water was available from the foyer. WiFi was good throughout our stay.」
