"Important to know for some- there is no staff at the property. I wish I had known this before booking. We arrived and thankfully an electrician was present, working on the wi-fi. He let us in and called the manager for us. We booked a 4 person family suite, and didn’t get the room the first night. "This place was such a disappointment. They call it a “penthouse,” but it’s really not. The kitchen curtains were dirty, the cutlery wasn’t clean, and there was no parking even though the listing said there would be. We ended up having to pay 100 euros for a nearby parking garage, which was super frustrating. "Wonderful property and host. The optional breakfast was outstanding. Nice and quiet lodging with interesting character on the edge of town, well-located for hikes into the mountains. Would hope to stay again if we get a chance to return. "
