"No tissues in room. Door to room was nearly impossible to get in or out. Had to ask for nearly every thing at breakfast. Evening clerk, PJ, was wonderful and patient trying to fix broken tv."

"I was given a confirmation for the booking. Then 5-6 hours later received a notice they were overbooked and cancelled my reservation. as of this writing I have yet to receive a refund."
