Best place I have ever stayed in Italy

Annalisa is absolutely wonderful. Her husband Francesco is an incredible photographer and the whole place is filled with his beautiful art and Annalisa's wonderful stylish furnishings. A lot of items are reclaimed and recycled parts of the old abbey. The evenings there are beautiful. The grounds are full of roses and the sounds of birds. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the evening.

Notte nell'Abbazia Umbra

Con mia moglie e i ns due bimbi, abbiamo trascorso piacevolmente una notte nell'Abbazia Sette Frati a Piegaro di Perugia. La location è meravigliosa perchè i due gentilissimi ragazzi proprietari, l'hanno restaurata e sistemata conservando il più possibile l'architettura di quel tempo lontano. Il bagno della ns. camera è simpaticamente posto all'esterno in un corpo staccato raggiungibile da un camminamento che sovrasta il cortile interno e l'orto di erbe officinali. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente il primavera o in estate.
