「We were going back and forth between a few different properties and we are so glad we ended up going with this one!!! The staff was amazing and attentive (especially Hamid and Kevin), the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible, the bedding was great, and the grounds made you feel like you were on a retreat. We loved the intimate feel and getting to know the staff. We were sad to leave but look forward to the opportunity to return!」

「The property grounds are very well landscaped. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area needs to be better maintained as the decking needs to be replaced before it collapses when someone walks on it. The rooms need updating. Once the new owners take possession, maybe hey will make the necessary improvements. We would love to return once upgrades have been completed. 」

「This property is such a gem. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. We could have spent more time just exploring the grounds, they have so many cool things to see! They showed us a sloth and baby that live close by the reception area. The gift shop sources locally made goods, which was a really special. 「受付の方のホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。お部屋への動線もいい意味で迷路のようで面白かったです。部屋も清潔感があり満足。ホテル周辺にはスーパーや複数軒のレストランがあり、徒歩で色々賄えるのは便利でした。枕元にコンセントが無いのと、シャワーにシャンプー、ボディソープが二つともあるとベター。秋口は朝方冷えるのでもう少し厚手の毛布があると有難いかもしれません。」

「This is a unique hotel that gives you the impression of living right in the middle of the jungle. The staff was wonderful and having Bobby, the owner's very sweet dogs great you and escort you to your unit is such a treat. The place is at the outskirts of Santa Elena, so very quiet but within walking distance of the town center. The units are modern, clean, well maintained and give you a cozy cabin-feeling. 」
