「Clean and quiet」

「The apartment is located in a wonderfully quiet area, making for a very peaceful stay. The apartment itself was clean and the kitchenware was very clean too. However, there were several topics that future guests should be aware of. The water coming from the taps had a strong, unpleasant odor and a dirty appearance, requiring us to buy our own water for cooking and even brushing our teeth. This was a significant inconvenience. 「The service was great, staff was super nice, and renovation is very top notch. 」

「My reservation was for a “Deluxe Double Room, Balcony, Lake View.” We arrived late, and we were very surprised to wake up without a lake view. Why did we receive a different room? no one answered. I do not recommend it. 」

「A stunning location overlooking a lake with lush flowers and gardens cascading down. Room with terrace was lovely. BUT, receptionist spoke only Polish and was not competent regarding the use of credit cards. The bathroom was very simple and small. Access to the run was through a staircase after exiting the elevator, which is to easy with luggage. The restaurant food middling, but service was friendly.」
