"We had an excellent time here, I can say almost everything was perfect. The customer service here was perfect. Alex was the guy that helped me out most of the time and I can say he was the most helpful guy I have ever met and he even helped me plan out the perfect proposal to ask my partner to be my girlfriend, because of the way Alex treated us we will for sure comeback soon and we will recommend this hotel to everyone when visiting the island. "This was my first time in Ilhabela and I’m grateful I chose to stay here! The staff were so amazing the minute I checked in and recommended so many great beaches and restaurants. The room was extremely clean and just like the pictures. The view from the pool over looking the beach and mountains is magical. You’re close to everything and can walk to restaurants and beach. I love to run so if you do to I’d recommend a run during the day or at night . I will definitely stay here again!"
