「 Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay there again.」

「The hotel was in a nice location to where we were visiting and near a lot of different restaurants. Close to a Walmart. The only thing is that it’s a little dated and their pool isn’t open which they said was on their website under things to know.」

「It was a nice stay in this hotel. Breakfast had many choices. Wifi was good and stable.」

「The hotel is very old & run down unfortunately. The beds have probably never been replaced and we had to adjust our bodies accordingly to try to avoid the springs in the bed from poking us. The staff didn’t speak English very well, from the front desk to the cleaning people. I tried to ask them a few questions before giving up unfortunately. It was clean though. 「This property is not up to Hampton standards. It is very tired and needs complete remodeling. Although some remodeling was evident, the hallways, rooms, furnishings needs to be updated. Our room was clean, but it had a broken TV, worn sofa, the bed was comfortable. The staff came quickly when we complained about the TV, but by the time the TV issue was solved, we missed the final USA soccer match. Very sad.. 「Check in took over 30 minutes and we were not compensated for the delay on their system. It was very late when we checked in but I asked for the hours of the pool and breakfast and the attendant told us the hours for both. Come to find out in the morning that the pool was closed for construction and there was no mention of this or a sign stating so.
