「Check in process was a complete nightmare. Couldn’t get a key to the room for 3 hours. The limited parking advertised is non-existent. Staff at the property aren’t helpful at all. Hidden charges after booking on Expedia. Communication with property was terrible. Prepare to wait very long for a crowded elevator as well. Overall a really horrible experience.」

「The place was in a great location, most main attractions were at walking distace. Everything was super clean and safe, great serveice. Our host was very kind and excellent communication. I'll definitely come back and recommend it too.」

「The communication between the people who own this property and rented out and myself was terrible. They waited until the last few days to collect information. I was already on my way to my trip and didn’t wanna take the time to send them photo IDs, etc., etc. when I’m already traveling to that destination it took us at least three hours to get into the unit once we arrived. They did not leave us the fob for the parking area or send us the letter about it. Ask for a refund a partial refund anyway...
