「Clean rooms, friendly staff 」

「The housemaid was lovely and provided breakfast each day. Our air conditioner had stopped working, and there was no washing machine like they said there was on line. Over great service and a lovely location.」

「It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. We were informed about the air-conditioning being managed from the reception area if we wanted it changed. It was convenient to have somewhere to eat across the road as we arrived after 7pm. Belle le piscine termali; forse con un po' troppo poche postazioni per gli ospiti, soprattutto considerata la stagione che non permette di usufruire le piscine esterne. Una piccola pecca: funzionamento non eccellente dell'asciugacapelli e mancanza di un piano di appoggio in bagno 」
