The proprietor, Nicola is a very kind and generous person. He helped us with great suggestions, reservations for restaurants and excursions. "We were so pleasantly surprised by this property. They welcomed us with a cold drink and seated us in the pretty patio while they got our rooms ready (earlier than expected). The pool was lovely and the rooms were cute, very clean, and had shutters on the outside. It was a 10 minute walk into the heart of town. Breakfast was very good. So much better than the photos led us to expect!"

"The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. "The place is well located, just minutes from the ferry port. It was easy to find and the hotel had sent great communications before. Reception was good and the check-in quick and helpful with useful info about the islands.
Room was big and spacious. It’s an apart hotel so we had a small kitchen area as well as a separate bedroom. Shower room was a bit dated and the shower was a bit small for comfort.
Breakfast was fine - reasonable choice of continental breakfast.lipari was beautiful - so glad we stayed.
One huge bonus of this hotel was the lovely pool area. Only 6 or 8 sunbeds but the pool and the space was great. A fab choice I think "
