"La chambre est propre. Le check in était difficile car on m'a fait payer 16€ à la remise des clés pour taxe de séjour disait t-il, alors que ce montant est déjà compris dans le prix de la réservation que j'avais déjà payé à l'avance. À part tout s'est bien passé lors de notre séjour."

"I'm asking refund for the booking on 6/15. Our train arrived late that day, but I sent the message repeatedly earlier asking for instructions to get the key. There was no single response. When we arrived in the midnight, with neighbors help, got in the gate, found the building, got in the entrance, in the room box there was no key at all. Called the owner many times, there was no response. We have to find somewhere else to stay that time!"
