「Very difficult to communicate. It takes 24 hours for the property management to get back to you. And when you call them they do not pick it up. The hotel.com website states the units have AC. But there is no AC in any of the units. It’s a miss advertising. One unit on the company website states AC but when we got a hold of the management to change our room to it they said it’s not AC it is a Fan Unit. We booked a unit based on AC and could not get our money back. Units are also a bit old and...

「Royal Tulip Warsaw Centre is a hidden gem with easy access to popular spots such as Food Hall Browary and Norblin Factory. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold options. The room was clean, room service was reliable, and the front-desk staff were extremely helpful. I highly recommend staying here.」

「I liked everything, nice balcony, quiet evenings, clean, close to transport and good food options close by」
