「La réceptionniste Audrey nous ça a très bien accueilli et a su nous guider pour nos trois jours à Milan. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, au centre de bilan et tout etait à proximité. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel boutique , Il est très propre ils vous mettent à disposition une cafetière et une théière avec thé et café tous les matins. Nous reviendrons rapidement」

「The unique hotel was perfect for our stay. The location is close to get to Milano centrale and walk around the Brera area. The breakfast was great to start our day everyone in the dining area was very accommodating and even packed us a breakfast for our train out of Milan. All of the receptionist/Front Desk hotel staff to the cleaning crew were all very helpful in our check-in and moving rooms during the process and I would highly recommend anyone staying in Milan to check this place out!」

「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love...

「停車的位置裡房間不遠老是電梯很可愛但我們被困在裡面不過30分鐘就被解救出來了房間溫度因為規定不能超過21度有一點冷之前看評論有人很失望來了以後我真的覺得超乎我的預期房間很可愛推薦給想來的人」

「This was a great place to stay at a reasonable price for the three nights I was visiting Milan and the surrounding area. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was very comfortable and clean. I've stayed in various apartments and BnB's in Italy before, so I can attest that this is a very nice one! I really appreciated the mini fridge that was stocked with drinks for purchase. 「Very comfortable, the rooms are located nearby a metro station which makes our visit to Milan and nearby cities very convenient. The room is well decorated, the staff there are willing to help and give us many ideas about restaurant or city tour. The housekeeping service is excellent!!! I would definitely recommend serendipity rooms to all of you! For a short trip, business reason, really worth.」

「The boss Leonardo is very kind, he even gave me his whatsapp and had a quick response when I need something. The location is good very near to Duomo and Via Monte Napoleone, and the room is clean. The public car park is close. In general I'm satisfied considering the price. 」
