"The heritage hotel was lovely. Although older, it is well kept and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is a refreshing spot to come back to in the late afternoon. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful way to start your day. Would stay here again! "

"My room had a few light fixtures that didnt work and one ceiling lamp was hanging halfway down the wall. Overall the most important parts (bathroom and bedding) were pristine, but the rest of the room (walls, floors, etc) left much to be desired. For the price its hard to complain though"

"We stayed one night while visiting Hoi An. The hotel was beyond our expectations. The staff was friendly, our room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable best night sleep, breakfast was delicious with lots of amazing options, location was great 5 minute walk to old town. "

I felt the place was very well maintained and had no issue aside from a faulty room safe. Great location and fabulous pool area. Staff were great and were able to accommodate a late checkout. Only real complaint is a lack for vegetation-friendly breakfast options at the buffet. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"It’s a 1.5K walk (flat and easy) from the hotel right into the Old City, but its location with the outlook over the green rice fields is absolutely gorgeous. Every aspect of the hotel is Bohemian chic… loved, loved, loved the stay."
