Only issue was one of our two adjoining rooms had an air conditioner issue but the manager got us sorted in about an hour and put us into two new adjoining rooms. Bonus is that it is one of the closest hotels to Angkor Wat. That means you’re last to be picked up by tour shuttles and first to be dropped off. "

The hotel is a beautiful oasis, and the staff could not be more attentive to their guests. There are so many little touches that make the experience exceptional - I highly recommend passing through Cambodia to see the ancient history and the Jaya house is the place you need to stay during your visit!"
