Laptop size safe, stable Internet and lovely staff

A great place to stay and very suitable to get a bigger room for remote workers. The lap top size safe, stable Internet and lovely staff makes it an extraordinary good value. The area is also lovely if you don't like to be among tourists. The best food is just found along this street. You need to get yourself a motorbike to have a great stay and explore the island.

Excellent value for money, great room and facilities. Fast WiFi so perfect for working too! Could be in a better location and closer to more bars/restaurants/attractions but all in all an excellent stay and perfect for what I needed.

Beware

Lovely hotel but nothing nearby. Cost me £50 a day to get to the local beach. Only a few local street food places to eat, not good being a dieabetic, no restaurant in hotel only breakfast but was very basic. Staff nice and helpful and pool was nice but on a main road. Booked here for 4 weeks, tried to get a refund for a week or two but hotels.com could not get in touch hotel so lost out all round

I was a solo traveler and did not speak the langue there and the manger had taken me to where I could eat food and she walked with me to the store so she could communicate with the people for me, Her and the whole staff were so wonderful and it made my stay there suburb. You could not wish for kinder souls and if I ever have to come back with work I will stay here again.

Sauber, zweckmässig eingerichtet, zimmer im hinteren teil des hotels is ruhig, vorne hört man sicher die hauptstrasse. Freier Blick über die stadt. Schöne Lobby und Gang. Lift vorhanden. Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat auch schnell ein günstiges taxi organisiert. Alles ok. Gutes Restaurant und 7-eleven gleich in der Nähe.

Gutes Hotel

Das Hotel ist eher ein Serviced Apartment Haus als ein Hotel. Aber es wird im Moment stark ausgebaut, und vielleicht ist es nach Vollendung ein Hotel - weiß ich nicht. Alles war gut: Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Funktion. Aber die Rezeption fand ich etwas schwach: Teilweise war es schwierig, mit einfachstem Englisch korrekte Infos zu bekommen. Mitunter war niemand an der Rezeption anwesend, aber ein Stapel Reisepässe lag z.B. offen auf dem Tresen. Oder ein ziemlich junger Rezeptionist saß völlig vertieft in sein Handy-Spiel, und ich musste deutlich auf mich aufmerksam machen, bis er gelangweilt aufblickte. Sowas halt ... Aber alles in allem für den Preis super :-)

Kein Hotel es ist eine Baustelle

Sehr laut.. Es ist unmöglich zu ruhe zu kommen. Das Personal kann kaum English. Dazu liegt das hotel sehr weit vom allem was in Phuket zu sehen ist.. Ich habe nach drei Tagen das hotel tauschen müssen.. Obwohl ich für 12 Tage bezahlt hatte.. Nicht zu empfehlen..

Very good place for the price!

Rattana residence was a very pleasant experience for my friend and I. The lady at the desk was one of the most friendly and helpful people we have met while in Thailand! The room was clean and spacious with free water. Overall I would give the hotel a great rating. The location is the only thing, it’s not perfect but we rented bicycles which was a good way for transportation to Phuket Town.

Very pleased with the stay

Superb hotel. At the time I stayed they were building a new coffee shop as part of the hotel but construction sounds were not a problem. Very respectful workers! The hotel staff were very friendly and helped me in many ways from scooter rental to replacing the key I snapped in the door! They always give sound advice and try to find the best value and quality version of whatever it is you need. I felt very welcome and relaxed there. The terrace area is a great place to watch the sun sink away with a view of the big Buda sat on the hill. Gym facilities were very good. Quite basic but enough for a full body workout used in the right ways. The room was kept very clean by the staff and the free bottles of water were a welcome addition. The local area has everything you need for a pleasant stay including a 7eleven which is just a 1 minute walk from the hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough to people first visiting Thailand. It has all the comforts of a modern hotel and a great location to adapt to the Thai lifestyle.

10日くらい泊まりました。初めてのプーケットだったので、何もわからないでクチコミで選んで予約したのですが、正解でした❗　南の方のビーチに行くには良い場所にあり、周辺にはコンビニや安く食事ができる小さな食堂がたくさんあります。ホテルの部屋は清潔です。従業員は普通に良い人たちです。プーケット中心部では立派なホテルやレストランで過ごせますが、安くて少し地元の雰囲気を楽しむ旅なら、とてもお薦めします。

Great stay here, amazing value for money with great staff and very cheap motorcycle hire which helped the poor location and very expensive price of taxi's (trying to sting tourists). very clean room and nice size, free water and great shower.
