「Helpful staff, nice lake view, common area and rooftop party place」

「Rooms are clean, breakfast is included and the price was great but what really made our stay special was Tony (the owner) who went out of his way to delight us. He arranged bike rentals for us (and even fixed things twice when we had bike issues). He also arranged taxis, got our breakfast order prepped the night before once he heard we wanted to leave early and let us have a really late check out. 「The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. Also, the room and bathroom aren't cleaned, there are mosquito bites on the mirror, and the shower hose is covered in dust. What's bothersome is that I have to ask for the bath towels to be...
