Great hostel! Clean, new and has a lovely pool. The stuff were super helpful and kind! For a solo travelers is just perfect! I booked one night and decided to extend my stay here, ended booking another night with other booking site due to complication with Expedia.

Overall the place was great. A little maintenance and upkeep would help. The bars and shelf in the bathroom had fallen off as well as the shelf in my bed area.

Great place!
Loved this place! Stayed here for 3 nights in a a solo room. Really lovely room, very comfortable. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice. Bar was great and super socialable if you’re a solo traveller like me. Well located with only a few mins walk to the beach and 20 mins to night market.

This place is definitely more like a hotel!! Super private and comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms separate male/female with hairdryers. The only negative was a family checked in with a lot of kids(thought ages for the hostel stated 18-45). The kids were just being kids and very loud, especially early morning. Food in the restaurant wasn’t so good and expensive compared to street food. Also my return ticket was $7 more expensive than the way there but it seemed to be the same all over the island. I got an eye infection while there and one of the male workers was my lifesaver!!! Got me a 2 Day medicine pack that helped me so much!! Special thank you to him!!!

Good hostel with poor management
Poor management ruins everything. Ok location and facility. Build better system for your hotels future. Manager needs to improve the whole system. The house keepers were very rude. It seems they do know what is going on in English. Because they were talking to each other in English after their bad experience with another guy. But he pretended he can not speak english when I was talking to him. Food was horrible for twice. Manager didn't show up after asking a meeting on the next day. So I just left the hotel and leave a review to fix those malfunctioning for the future traveler. Hope your hotel is going to be better later. Please check the linen when you make them. There were some black dots. It looked like dirt.

Can't help it...
Wonderful stay minus the bed bugs. I saw a large bug crawling on my bed, and I knew immediately what it was (and was confirmed by the staffs). However, I do want to say that the staffs were extremely responsive when I told them about the issue, and they switched room for us right after. The room we switched into was okay but we did notice a few dried blood spot on the cover (a telltale sign of bed bugs!), and sure enough my friend was bitten the next morning. Obviously they can't help it being a hostel but it definitely made me feel very restless at night.

Nice but sometimes noisy
I stayed in a private double room on the 2nd level, overlooking the pool. The room was clean and comfortable for my needs. Staff came to clean the floor, change towels, and replenish toiletries daily. It seemed quite secure. Wifi was very good. Breakfast was OK - you could go elsewhere if you don't have to eat too early. It seems to be the only place serving Western-style breakfast open at 6:30am. The only drawback is that if you are in any way sensitive to noise, you may not want to stay here. I stayed here 4 nights. The first night was so loud until about 2am, with music blasting and guests chatting around the pool. As the nights passed it wasn't as loud as the first, and got quieter earlier, so I think the noise level depends on a few factors. Not sure if my first night being a Friday night had anything to do with it (I'd think every day is the weekend while on holiday so the day of the week wouldn't matter).

Perfect in every way
I've stayed in hostels around the world and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Free laundry, gorgeous pool, strong wifi throughout the entire property, cool lounge/hangout, help with your and travel accommodations, and the list goes on. The mattress was more comfortable than my friends mattress at a $50/night hotel down the street. Look no further for a place in Phu Quoc- this is it!

관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 1층 레스토랑서 해피아워 이벤트를 자주 하고 , 수영장 물은 관리가 잘되어 깨끗합니다. 4인실 이용했는데 에어컨이 잘 되고, 건물에 cctv 가 많아 안전 합니다.

규모가 큰 호스텔로서 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 깨끗하고, 직원들 친절 하고, 방 침구 푹신하고, 방 에어컨 잘나오고, 와이파이 빵빵하고, 조식도 가볍게 먹기 좋습니다. 위치도 즈엉동 시내 쪽에 위치 하고 있어 좋은 편입니다. 수영장은 아담하지만 수질관리가 잘 되고 있었습니다. 푸꾸옥에서 호텔이 아닌 호스텔 이용예정이라면 적극 추천 드립니다.

시스템 관리 최악. 음식은 못 먹을 정도...
사진으로는 꽤 좋아보여요. 시스템 관리가 총체적 난국입니다. 첫날 밤 도착 후 공항에서 바로 왔는데, 24시간 리셉션은 있었지만... 저 혼자임에도 예약은 확인 안되어있고. 10분도 더 기다렸습니다. 골목이 언덕길이라 올라가시는데 꽤 힘들고, 생각보다는 외져있네요. 오후에 내려가는데 덩치 큰 남자임에도 동네 길개들이 이 빨 드러내며 으르렁 거리고 따라오더군요. 그래서 택시 탔습니다. 해지면 무조건 택시타세요. 1-200미터로 멀진 않지만 밤에 매우 어둡고 위험한 느낌이었습니다. 밥 음식이 괜찮다는 리뷰를 보고 예약했는데, 시켰던 조식은 같은 메뉴임에도 이틀 모두 구성과 질이 달랐고. 둘째날은 빵이 말랐습니다. 저녁에 추천받고 시킨 돼지고기 밥은 못먹을 정도로 비린내에 고무처럼 질기고... 밥은 마르고.. 수박만 먹었네요. 가장 화났던 점은 청소하는 남자분이었는데, 커튼 밖에 분명히 슬리퍼가 있음에도 제 커튼부터 열더군요. 거의 나체 상태였는데... 솔직히 매우 불쾌했습니다. 약건 여성적인 분이시던데 일부러 그런건지... 흠... 영어로 천천히 뭐라했더니 영어 모르는 척 하더라고요. 이후 하우스 키핑하는 여자분들과 이야기하는 걸 보니 다른 고객들하고도 같은 문제가 있더군요. 그걸 아침에 복도 더 들리게 서로 이야기 하고... 짜증내던... 참... 아침에 자는데 청소하는 건 인력 문제라 백번 이해해줘도... 게다가 풀도 아니었는데... 시스템, 관리가 총체적으로 난국입니다. 200명 받을 수 있다던데... 절반도 안찬 느낌에서 이정도 관리라뇨... 아직 한참 멀었습니다.

푸꾸옥 나인 스테이션 호스텔.
야시장,여행자 거리와도 가까워서 좋았고 직원 서비스와 이용시설도 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 호스텔이어서 그런지 방음이 잘안됩니다. 그외는 모두 만족했습니다.

Nice hotell good location
Very nice and modern hotel, built in 2016 (i think?) so everything is in good quality (very fresh and nice bathrooms etc). Located a minute Walk down a small road to the main street with all the restaurants. 5 minute Walk to the beach and walking distance to the Night market. Would recommend to a younger crowd since its partymusic and People drinking in the "lobby" every Evening. Friendly straff! Really nice hotell!

Die Lage ist nicht die beste, jedoch sehr schöne Zimmer. Grosser Gemeinschaftsbereich, jedoch läuft dort jeweils sehr laut Musik, so dass es schwierig ist, sich zu unterhalten. Auch im Zimmer hört man die Musik noch bis in die Nacht hinein. Waschmaschine zur kostenlosen Benutzung. Essen ist eher teuer.

not for backpackers!
this hostel is clean, with many facilities and services you can buy, however it's not made for travelers, it's a factory made for people who travel in Asia in order to party all night and get a fancy sun tan (ofc, you'll meet there only Russians and northern Americans). by the way, the front desk isn't really capable, i asked them about my booking bc i made a mistake on it and i wanted to cancel 3 days next month, and the only reply i had is "we don't know".), so I'll have 3 more days to pay without even being there. eventually, this isn't as bad as you can imagine, but it really is a dorm factory.

森の中の開放的なゲストハウス
チェックインの時からフロントの英語力の無さに驚いた。又、フロントにスタッフが少なく、皆いっぱいいっぱいの印象だった。とにかく英語が通じにくいし、英語で話しかけられることを恐れているようにも見えた。新しい施設なので、外観、入り口、フロント、プール、客室、すべて綺麗で清潔な印象だった。施設の入り口を入ってすぐのバーのスペースの天井が高く、広くて開放的で最高！プライベートルームに宿泊したが、宿泊費を考えるととても快適だった。客層のほとんどが若い欧米の人で、夜遅くまでバーのスペースやプールで騒いでいるので、早く眠りたい方や静かな宿を求める方にはおススメ出来ないかも。森の中にあるので、海からやや離れている。海へのアクセスは、森を出て大通りの向かい側にあるMOON　RESORTを抜けてからになる。フロントでMOON　RESORTの入場券がもらえる。このゲストハウスだけのプライベート離島ツアーが毎週火曜日と木曜日にあり、これがかなり良かった。参加者がほぼ全員欧米人なので、英語が使えないと孤立するかも。でも本当に美しい島が見たい人にはお勧め。ホテルのバーも外観からは値段が高く見えるが、実際は料理もお酒も安く、ハッピーアワーはびっくりするぐらい安い。騒ぐのが好きな若い団体にはもってこいの施設だと思う。一人旅でも賑やかな集まりが好きな人には向いてる施設だと思う。相部屋だけではなくプライベートルームもあるので、プライバシーが欲しい人も十分満足出来るはず。

Great value for money hostel!
I had a great experience at the hostel with my friends. We spent 2 days at the hostel for weekend getaway and could not be happier with our accommodation choice. The hostel is new and clean, very comfortable and large beds, perfect privacy in dorm bed. And the price was so cheap! I don't think there could be any better alternative.
