「This apartment is in the Mermaid Seaside Hotel building, but it is privately owned and not a part of the Hotel. If on check in, you go to reception, they will tell you “ it’s nothing to do with us ! “ If you have any mobility problems, then you should not book this .. it’s up on a steep incline, and then a further approx 20 steps before you can reach reception ! See photo from Street View The apartment is very dirty, and a danger hazard with plug sockets hanging off the walls, light switches...

「Very dirty and smell. Pillows cases smell, bed sheets cover smell very bad. old and discolored bath towels. Sofa is supper dirty and smell like some one pissed on it. It takes 20 minutes to wait for elevator to get in the room on 25th floor. Too crowded in elevator and elevator is dirty and smell.
