Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. As we checked in my room 11 floors very terrible broken lamp and toilet broken not much water. Next day they offer change room down futher was better room everything is okay. Will stay more next trips
