the team is doing a great job supporting guests under recently changed ownership! I stayed with one other person for a four-night work trip and it was a great alternative to a hotel - bed and sofa were comfortable, toiletries were nice and everything was well provisioned to make your stay comfortable (the kitchen has basic implements and there's in-unit washer dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.) I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I were in Phoenix for a work trip.

We were unaware before we arrived but it is made of stacked shipping containers. The units are beautifully decorated and very clean. The linens and beds, including the pull out couch were EXCELLENT! The inside left nothing to be desired. But there is no lobby and no staff on the premises. It is more of an airb&b than a hotel. Communication and check in was by text but they did check up often. Unique experience but overall a good one. Just a little surprising from what we were expecting.

The building was cool! Unit was decorated super nice! We booked a 2 bedroom (pull out couch too) to accommodate 6 people but towels and wash cloths were very limited. Loved the Wash/dryer in unit but they only had 2 Tide pods in their container so I wasn’t even able to wash all our clothing let alone to wash the bathroom towels too. I also wish we had known ahead of time that there are NO doors on either bedroom which was a bit disappointing for privacy. It also would’ve been nice to have a tv in at least one of the bedrooms. For the people who had to sleep on the pull out couch, there was only a window shade on the one window but not on the other, which made it bright for them. Also, if someone was using the upstairs, bathroom/shower/laundry room, there is a window that overlooks to downstairs, which although a cool design element, it would shine the light down on the room of people below trying to sleep. So often, we had to use the bathroom in the dark to try not to disturb them. Overall, it’s a great location, clean, and nicely done (design/decor) wise, but it wasn’t ideal for our family vacation because we need more towels & doors on our bedrooms. Without a front desk staff, it wasn’t as simple as just calling for more of something. We wanted to love it…we were excited to come actually…it was def cool…but just not practical for us for a family vacation..especially if you have kids & want to put them to bed & unwind after a long day without waking them (no doors).
