"It is a very unique hotel. Fun place. Having a fridge that's actually cold and a microwave would be great for all these overpriced food we had leftover. The double beds were horrible to share... I did not get the room I signed up for. We were over the kitchen and it smelled like food and te view was ugly. The pool was great until Saturday when they treated us like criminals after we had been there and stayed after checkout to enjoy it... a ritzy hotel like valley ho should never subject their paying guests to being paper braceleted to enter the pool they paid for...and the drink situation... no, staff was great...I recommend it Monday thru Friday but not on Saturday with the pool fiasco."

"Overall good spot, it seemed a bunch of repairs were going on with part of the waterfalls. My “falls view” room was not as expected. The staff at the pool cafe were really great, Jewel was very friendly and nice! Check in and out was a breeze The beds were hard tho so sleep wasn’t as easy to get"

"This was my 3rd time staying here and the place overall was as good as expected. The new pool area was a great addition as it wasn’t there on my previous stays. Onsite food and beverages checked all the boxes. The only downside was that the main pool was closed for scheduled maintenance on our last day and a half. I would have thought Expedia would have informed us of this closure and provided options such as a reduced rate for the last night, a resort credit or something along those lines."

"They wouldn’t hold your luggage for you if you were there before check in, which I found was odd for a hotel near the airport."

"The hotel room we stayed in could use a deep cleaning. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish the pool was heated (January stay) when I called, they stated "it is heated". We ended up only using the hot tub. The grounds were very clean and well kept with beautiful mature palm trees and landscape. They also had a game/rec room next to pool. The other thing that seemed odd is that there were long term stays, almost like an apartment complex. Parking included and plenty of spots available."

"Eh, you can tell it's a little dated, along with the lack of other shopping centers. It was built in the 80s based on the pretty woman vibes it once had. Sheets were clean and a nice vintage entrance way. Staff was nice but can use improvement based on presentation and decorum. Breakfest is eh, overall it needs more natural light, new decor to be more modernized with new lights. The energy was a little off as the inside was gloomy and lackluster. It would've been nice back then but its time for new welcoming energy."

"The health club gym is pretty run down with older equipment from the 1990's. The weight room was being painted while I was there for the week. I spent over $3,100 to stay their for 8 nights so would have expected perks from the Hotel."
