Found Bed bug first night there. Got accused of bringing them to hotel and a free room when we're leaving hotel by housekeeping staff. Couldn't get ahold of general manger to arrange refund at time of incident. Have spoken with Arely since incident was working on refund after two days, no offer to help pay for difference or inconvenience to leave hotel after incident. Or cleaning of my clothing due to incident. This also was in reports that they had them May of last year hotel is saying unfounded.

Was there for an event on New Years Eve. Didn't think they would need a bartender so they had one very over worked person making drink for everyone. Killed most of the whole night as everyone just spent all night just trying to get a drink.

Courteous staff but in advance over text forgot mention $25 fee for early check in. Kindly they waived it. Shower floor wasn't clean. Garbage was still in bin on arrival. I was told cleaning after three days but nothing during my four night stay. Was I supposed to request even after I was told cleaning after 3 days? The restaurant attached was really good. No decaf at cafe. No coffee in rooms. Carpet was raised at one edgr and a trip hazard. I needed to put a chair over it. Bring earphones for thin walls. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Homeless and police close by one evening. Loud drugged or drunk lady one night at 3am yelling something. Single ladies be aware. Price for closeness to downtown was decent. 1 mile walk to convention center worked well.

Carpet wouldn't lay flat.

This was an experience but I didn’t appreciate I paid for parking and I was told to park on the street. I’d suggested the owner review this policy and prioritize guest access. Parking should be for guests only. It was a really retro place but no coffee machine in rooms nor could you smoke on premises since it’s a hotspot for local party goers. It was nice but not a place I’d stay again.

Pros: price. Cons: biggest positive online was the outdoor bar and music area. Was closed all weekend in beautiful weather. Onsite restaurant limited options.room dingy. Room under stairs with no furniture outside like all other rooms. Paid for parking even though there’s only half the spaces as compared to rooms so you have to park on the street in a bad area. Half glass shower door doesn’t keep water in so floor is soaked.

When we arrived we were told we would have to pay $15 extra for reserved parking which we did. after going out for 1hr we returned to find no parking as the restaurant patrons took all parking. We were told after 10:00 there should be some and to keep checking every hour. Tries too hard to be trendy

Shawanda at the front desk was the only good thing about that place! First off I paid $15 to park but there were no spots because all of them were taken up by people eating at the restaurant. The AC in the room (room 118) didn’t work at all. The show head leaked like crazy and the floor was sticky as hell. Would never recommend this place to anyone ever to stay there!!!

Muy amables y al principio asusta que te pidan de deposito 100 dolares ya que no te los regresan al salir. Tardan pero te lo reembolsan al mes. Considera pagar el estacionamiento ya que esta en el centro de la ciudad y hay pocos lugares para estacionarte, sobre todo que es en la calle.
