The property is waaaaay under rated. They need to renovate the cheaper rooms and deodorize. The slightly more expensive rooms are a great value. Half the price for the same quality compared with many city centre lodgings. A nice sky garden to relax, exercise, or have a picnic. The area has very nice Cambodian and Dimson food, cheaper but still quality shopping. A nice area to get away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas and unwind.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect — their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism truly stood out. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, modern, and comfortable my room was. Every detail, from the crisp linens to the perfectly working air conditioning, showed how much care the hotel puts into guest satisfaction. The location is incredibly convenient — just a short drive to the airport and close to great restaurants and shops. Despite being near the old airport, the hotel feels peaceful and restful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, with plenty of options to suit every taste. What really made my stay memorable was the genuine accomodating attitude of the staff. They greeted me by name, helped me with transportation, and even offered local tips that made exploring the area effortless. You simply can’t ask for better hospitality. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but You Eng Hotel truly stands out for its heart and quality. I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and will absolutely stay here again.
