I booked a budget double room so I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but it falls short of standard. The room is extremely tiny with barely any room to walk around the bed. The room was just in immediate need of update; the shower fixture fell off. I didn't use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. I love the green concept, but I cannot recommend booking a double room.

아담한 부티끄 호텔,,,직원분들 모두 친절,,, 단!!! 룸 청소는 아쉬움이 많이 남음,,,침구 교체는 깨끗하였으나, 바닥과 욕실의 청소가 매우 미흡,,, 예약 된 2개의 방 중에 하나의 방에서 천장이 누수되어 중간에 방을 교체하게되어 조금의 찝찝함이 남게됨,,,

Good hotel but hot inside the room

Location is quite far from Royal Palace by walk. Not so far from Toul Sleng museum. Hotel facility is good and relaxed. The worst thing is air condition was not good. It is very hot inside the room. Although I told them to fix, but it was not solved at all. Totally, it is bad design about air condition position (too far from bed).

Only ok

The city in general was not great as it is well known for muggings. The area the hotel is located in is again not great, the lighting could have been better and it felt unsafe walking around. It is however only a 15min walk to the museum, I would recommend taking a tuk tuk though due to the volume of people we spoke to that had been mugged. The hotel and room was quite comfortable and clean. The food at the hotel was not good and lacked quality. Overall this hotel is fine if you just want somewhere to sleep.

Éviter les chambre "budget "

Une offre spéciale? Décevante. La chambre: des traces sales sur les murs d'une chambre petite avec vue sur le mur d'en face situé à 2/3 mètres, juste au dessus de la reception avec les bavardages de gens et l'odeur de cigarette malgré les fenêtres fermées. Pas de possibilité de suspendre ses vêtements, faute de placard... Le bon côté : le soleil n'entre pas dans la chambre, elle reste donc fraîche. La salle de bain correcte mais se doucher avec des cafards sortis affolés des conduits d'évacuation au premier contact avec l'eau n'est pas pour plaire. Pour les autres chambres je ne sais pas. L'accueil est très bon. Des gens charmants qui relèvent le niveau de l'hôtel. La piscine circulaire et bienvenue mais la plus grande partie du temps dans l'ombre ainsi que les chaises longues... Le petit dejeuner: du pain avec l'œuf au plat mais pas assez de beurre pour finir le pain. Le cafe en trop petite quantité . Le restaurant convenable.. Nuits tranquilles quand les voisins cessent de crier dans la rue

Lovely stay and place!

The hotel was clean, modern and a lovely decor with some quirky features. The room was the same style, very comfortable bed and great facilities. The staff were lovely, friendly and could not do enough for you. The breakfast was tasty yet had a slightly basic menu in comparison to hotels i have stayed at that are lower in star and price. The pool was amazing after a hot day exploring, the only issue was outside people being able to use it. I had no issue with people using it but on occasions people from outside would pay to use it and there would be no space, towels or even chairs for people actually paying to stay in the hotel to use. Overall though the stay was very pleasant.

A small quiet hotel with great disabled access

A haven of calm in Phnom Pen. We asked to be moved from the ground floor room next to the breakfast bar and it was no problem. There was no hot water in the shower. But that was the only negative.They have a wheelchair accessible tuktuk at the front door. Impressive.

利用する目的によって評価が分かれるホテル。

従業員のモチベーションは高く、上品なホテル。都会の喧騒を忘れて読書でもしてゆっくり過ごしたいという人にはぴったりな場所。ホテル内の食事メニューも大変充実している。2017年6月段階の話だが、WiFi環境が十分ではない。アカウント1につき、1WiFiという考え方もこの時世にそぐわない。そしてスピード計測すると、1Mにも満たない低速だった。（ほぼ全時間）これは後でわかったことだが、プノンペンは同じ市内でもネットの速度が不安定ということ 。自分はホテルのWiFi以外にsmart社のシムも契約したが、残念ながらこれも1M満たない速度だった。（場所を変えると6M程度）つまりホテルのルーターがうんぬんという話よりも、この地区はネットが繋がりにくいということだ。ビジネス利用で使う場合は話にならない。自分はホテルでゆっくりすべく時間を全て放棄して、近隣のカフェにいってPCやスマホを使った。限られた時間の中で無駄な時間と経費を使わざるを得なかったことは全く評価に値しない。 ちなみに全室禁煙。喫煙場所は1階の共用部のみ。深夜を超えると入口の門が閉まるため、夜間の外出にもあまりむかない。他でも出ているが、アメニティは石鹸のみ。宿泊する人は持ち込みする事をお勧めしたい。 ■参考までに（ホテルからのトゥクトゥク移動費）2017 ・リバーサイド　　　　　　　　約3ドル ・イオンモール　　　　　　　　約2ドル ・空港　　　　　　　　　　　　約8ドル ・キリングフィールド（往復）　約20ドル

イーオンモールに比較的近くて便利な立地

比較的近くても歩くには遠い程度です。閑静な住宅地にあり、静かにくつろげるホテルです。 プールは小さいですが、綺麗です。全部屋からプールは眺めることができます。テラス付きの 部屋がおすすめです。

Kleines Stadthotel zum wohlfühlen

Ich habe sieben Nächte hier verbracht und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Frühstücksangebot eher überschaubar! Nach einem anstrengenden Tag ist der Pool besonders erfrischend, kleine Speisekarte mit leckerm essen und gute Coctails- nicht nur zur Happy Hour Zeit haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Phnom Penh würde ich gerne wieder hier nächtigen:)

Great Hotel, Wonderful Staff

I booked this lady minute after canceling my previous hotel b/c they weren't what they advertised. I arrived around 9am and was still able to get a room right away and book a tour for that day. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The place to stay in Phnom Penh

From the moment I arrived I loved this place. All the staffare lovely friendly people and all take the time to say hello. The rooms are gorgeous, clean, spacious and light with a wonderful bathroom. The food is great and the pool lovely.

Tranquil piece of paradise

Phnom Penh is hectic, so this hotel's tranquil atmosphere and warm, welcoming staff came as a breath of fresh air. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and the refrigerator seemed to stay on even when the key was not in the slot. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure guests were comfortable. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and the perfect temperature of warm but not too warm. Like the rooms, the pool was spotless.

Calm amidst the chaos.

Phnom Penh can be a pretty hectic place but this hotel is very peaceful while still being close to things you want to do in the city. Once you step off the street you find yourself in an oasis of calm.
