This place was great. Rooms were set up well, clean, maintianed daily and there was a reagaurant and coffee shop on the ground floor. Easy access to multiple ATMs, restaurants etc, all within walking distance, but far enough away to be out of the busy areas.

Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Lobby and restaurant were clean and nice. Breakfast was pretty good. The room itself was clean but a very strange layout with the bathroom sink being outside the bathroom. The lighting and electrics were not normal switches and took some working out. 2 out of the 4 sockets didn't work. Quite often the room smelled of smoke as I think it was coming through the a/c. The pool area was pretty dirty - the ground and tables never appeared to be cleaned. The pool itself was nice though, and the loungers were comfy. Quite often there was no staff around which made it difficult to order food and drinks. No shower at pool either. Not the hotel's fault but there were a lot of residents hanging about, spitting a lot. Not nice. Also the bar was only open until 9pm which seems very early. Overall, it was an ok hotel but not great.

The hotel was lovely and we rrally liked our room ( we upgraded to a suite). The staff in the hotel were friendly. The pool area was good and was quiet each time we went up. The pool itself would benefit drom being fitered every day. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
