Good location. You get what you’ve paid for, it’s clean, it has working AC, 7/11 next door, great laundromat if you need to do some cleaning… what else is there to ask?

The P1 House was a great place to stay. The location is extremely convenient and walkable. The room was clean and tidy and the a/c worked great and the internet speeds were >50 Mbps up and down. Will use this property again.

Not far from the train station, a 40 Baht taxi ride or 50-60 Baht by Robin Reliant pickup taxi. Nice garden, OK breakfast included. Near to 7/11 and Night Food Market.

Good value

For the price, it was good value. My room was on the busy (and noisy at night) main road and the external door to the balcony had big gaps around it so it was noisy and I sometimes could not get to sleep until after 1am. The cafe and food service was hit and miss, they never seemed to have much food available when I asked. The breakfast was very basic. Friendly, helpful staff

Es ist ein deutlicher Renovierungsstau, besonders im Bad erkennbar. Am Abend waren trotz geschlossener Fenster und laufender Klimaanlage die Strassengeräusche sehr laut zu hören. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit, zugewandt und höflich. Die Lage des Hotels ist angenehm zur City und auch zum Busbahnhof. Viele gute Essgelegenheiten in Laufnähe...

It seemed to have WiFi routers on only the 1st third and fifth floors so room 409 had unusable WiFi and no place in 4 th floor hallway had good WiFi was in front of 409. Was on highway side of building directly above 4 lane and was noisy

Zimmer zur Straße extrem laut, Balkon voller Vogelexkremente. Fußmatte im Bad voller Flecke, Beleuchtung im Zimmer funktioniert nur teilweise. WLAN funktioniert nur in der Lobby und ausserhalb der Zimmer. Frühstück lieblos, Spiegelei kalt.Rezeptionistin verbringt 90% ihrer Zeit am Handy/ IPad mit Onlinespielen. Service am untersten Minimum, Standardantwort ist: " We don't have".

Heart of the city

Nice staff. Cosy lobby and restaurant. From hotel located. it’s convenience to go to many temples. But it’s very noisy in night time about the sound of motorcycle.

Good value for the money

The room was large, had good fridge, working a/c and nice flatscreen tv. Wifi was working and there was free parking for our car. Toilet was small but even warm water was available. Breakfast was poor but better than nothing. We ate one dinner at hotel's restaurant and both of us liked it. All in all this hotel gave very good value for the money.

Pause idéale entre train et bus

Tout confort et très propre. Bon accueil, petit dejeuner sobre. Il faut marcher 15 minutes pour trouver de l'animation mais petits "boui boui" et supermarket à proximité. Emplacement idéal entre gare ferroviaire et bus (15 minutes à pied chacune)

Nice Guesthouse - however bad checking process

Would recommend this guesthouse. I booked through lastminute.com - upon checkin (after an early flight, so very tired) I had to wait approx 40 mins as they did not have my booking. lastminute.com email to me when booking stated I did not need to confirm with hotel and I requested the "quietest room possible". The booking had not flowed through to guesthouse for some reason. They eventually found booking and upgraded me to a nice big room, overlooking the very busy street, when asked why I wasn't in quietest area as requested, I was informed they were fully booked that night, and could be moved to a "back room" for my 2nd night, and that the street noise would stop around 11pm. This did not happen, it was a very noisy room, and did not sleep much. I did not hear back from management regarding moving me, so by late arvo the next day I asked the "non english speaking" receiptionist (via means of sign language) to move me to a back room. This was done straight away, and I heard NO noise that night! So if you are a light sleeper, request a back room. Lovely guesthouse, good price. There must be some communication issues between lasminute.com and the guesthouse, which they need to sort out.

ubicado a 10 min andando tanto de la estacion de autobuses como de la estacion de tren. se encuentra en una de las calles principales de la ciudad y esta rodeado de todo lo que puedas necesitar. las chicas de recepcion hablan ingles y son majas.el hotel tiene muy buen aspecto interior, limpio y acogedor.las habitacion amplias,limpias y un baño comodo.el aire acondicionado perfecto.volveria sin duda
