Lovely hotel with lovely staff. They went out of our way to make our stay great. The communal areas all had the wow factor. The room was well set out, but very dated with broken cupboard doors. Location is awesome, food was great. And staff was amazing. Only thing I dislike was the onboarding, we had to fill up this form which could have been done by them by taking this information from our passports, secondly check-in was 2pm but we had to wait till 4ish
