Bed clothing and Towels felt worn and dirty. Shampoo and soap was a fake from the outside lable Front desk could answer question, said call administrator. This place is more an Airbnb gig. Should not be here PIf price would be half, then everything would make sense

I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Please know that all of our linens are professionally cleaned with environmentally friendly products after each stay. Our suites are also professionally cleaned with environmentally friendly products after each stay. I'm not sure what you mean by "fake from the outside label"; however, our bath products are Dr. Bronner's Soap, Honest Body Wash & Conditioner, and Rikumo Bath Salts. We do not have an administrator at our property. Management is onsite during the week and a phone call away on the weekend should there be a questions that the Front Desk can't immediately answer. Would you please share what your question was so that we can make sure that the Front Desk is equipped to answer the question the next time? Thank you for your help.

The room (#108) was unbelievable—I was blown away with the apartment, all the amenities, and how friendly the staff was. Could not have been a better experience!

Lovely apartment with many amenities and personal comforts. Clean and new. No view at all but good light. Quiet. Great location and neighborhood. Beautiful building and lobby. Friendly staff.

Cute and comfortable
I loved staying here! I visit Philly about once a month and this is one of my favorite places I’ve stayed so far. It had all the comforts of home and the decor was so cute. The staff was friendly but I could tell they were adjusting to having temporary guests at their property. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Looks good, but...
Furnishing are lovely, location is great. However...suite 105 sits over a portion of the basement with a motor that runs 24/7, creating a vibration and a very noticeable hum. The fan on the a/c did not drown it out. I tried earplugs and it only seemed to magnify the hum. The cleaning fee seems excessive when you are expected to strip the bed, place all linens in the tub, run dishwasher and take out the trash and recyclables. If you want a place that looks good, plan on cooking and can sleep through anything then okay, I recommend it. Otherwise find another place, I know I will.

Honestly, you are the first guest to have taken issue with the chiller. We strive to set competitive and fair pricing for our rates and fees. The cleaning fee covers not only the cleaning of the suite, but professional laundering in environmentally friendly cleaners of all linens. Should you choose to stay in one of our other units, please remember that we don't require guests to strip beds, take out trash, or run the dishwasher.

Great central location in quiet building, adjacent hip cafe; stores, wine bars, restaurants and sights nearby. The apartment is well appointed with minimalist Japanese/Scandinavian furnishings. Luxe at a reasonable price.
