We stayed here before in a 2 bedroom and our experience was fantastic. There are many great little spots to eat near by. This time, we did not like it so much. There was a fight between 2 men not once but twice near our room- very scary to the point that we felt trapped in our room since it was between our room and the exit, and we needed to leave to get our Uber. There were dogs constantly barking. We also could not get the temp of our room to change it was set at 77 and would not adjust. The sofa bed was terrible - literally slept on springs. But it was reasonably priced. We will not be staying at this location again.

Great location and high CP value! The unit is brand new with everything you need. We had a bit of a rocky start with a wrong access code, but customer service responded right away to fix it, which I really appreciated. Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough (found some hair and a dirty coffee pot), but overall it’s a comfortable, high-floor unit that I would recommend to others.

Great location, easy virtual check-in and check-out. The suite was a nice size and clean. Rooftop gives you an excellent view of the city and City Hall. You have to be aware that you are ON Broad Street so you will hear street noise, it comes with the territory however they provide ear plugs and a white noise machine if you can't handle it. We didn't find the noise bad at all, but if you aren't used to it - be aware!

I would definitely stay at this apartment again. It was large, comfortable, well located. Easy to get in. There are luggage storage lockers on the first floor for anyone who might need that, which is also super convenient. I thought the apartment could be cleaner. Because of the relatively high security deposit (2.5 times what I paid for the room!), I probably looked more closely at things than I normally would and there were definitely some mystery drips on the wall and some hair in the bathroom that I could have done without.
