Staff was friendly but the parking was deceiving they said parking was included when I got there they informed I could park in a parking garage they gave me a ten percent discount but it was not free parking

Staff was helpful. Property needs attention. The roof was leaking at the frint desk. My room had no air. The hallway and elevators very tiny. Room very damp and stuffy. The connecting door was wide open when closed can see and here into other room.

never accidently left anything in the hotel. I left my expansive charge in the hotel. I called next day, they told me they did not find anything. I am very sure i forget to unplug my charger and it was in the room. But nope, they told me they never see it. They said cleaner did not see anything and that is the end of the story. The truth is, just just don't care.

I had asked three times for a cot to be sent to my room. The first two times they said they would get right on it and send it up. I came back at night and there was no cot in my room so I went down to ask them to bring a cot up and they told me they do not have any and they couldn’t accommodate it. I wish someone could have told me that one of the first two times I asked as it was very frustrating.

We stayed here for one night on a last-minute trip and chose it mainly for the location and affordability. It’s right in the Center City area, in a neighborhood that felt safe to walk around at night, which was important to us. Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff wasn’t overly warm, but everything was smooth and straightforward. Our room was on the first floor. It was small but very clean, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that there was no window, which made the room feel darker and quieter than I’m used to (especially coming from NYC, where I’m used to city noise and bustle). The room also felt a bit stuffy — even with the thermostat set low. Thankfully, there was a fan in the room, which helped me sleep more comfortably. Amenities included soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, towels, a hair dryer, microwave, and fridge. An ironing board and shower chair were also available, which is great for anyone who may need those accommodations. Water pressure in the shower was perfectly fine. The location was honestly perfect — within walking distance to places we wanted to visit like Reading Terminal Market and several museums. Breakfast is included from 6–10am and offers basic options: cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt, a waffle maker, and coffee. Nothing extravagant, but it gets the job done — and we planned to eat out in the area anyway. Overall, it was a clean, affordable, and very conveniently located option for a short stay. People smoked in the room prior to my stay, and the room had cigarette burns in the shower curtain, the smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag to cover the smoke detector. The front desk seemed to not care when I inquired about it they did seem to care. The room itself was good but had a lingering stench of marijuana.

The first thing we noticed was that the flooring in the hallway was uneven and breaking apart. The door lock on our first room did not lock. We were then moved to the room next door. The room was clean however expect toiletries and complimentary coffee were not stocked. The window HVAC unit had a fan that was load on low and caused trouble when sleeping and had to be shut off. The complimentary continental breakfast was OK. However the staff spent more time talking on their phones then making sure all items remained stocked, coffee and baked goods.

It was fine, cost was fine, staff nice, hotel clean. Real weird to have a drafty window AC unit permanently screwed in in December. We got an extra blanket, jacked the heat up all the way and covered the AC with our coats. You got to cover those things. Would stay again in Spring or Summer.
