Beautiful Big “Clean” rooms. Conveniently located to everything. This is a great find, when I comeback to visit my Son at Penn next month, this is where I will stay.
No frills and easy access to the room. Room was clean and had modern amenties. Location at 40th and Chestnut was perfect. Note there is no hotel staff on site but everything is done via text. I only wish they bad luggage storage after check out but otherwise an amazing stay!

No AC.
Room was clean upon arrival. However the heat was BLASTING and we had no control despite there being a temperature “control” panel in the room. We tried to do everything to cool the room but it stayed at 85 each night and it was absolutely miserable.
Overall, the hotel was a good value--an attractive room and a comfortable bed in a good location. Access to the room was effortless. Communication was not so good. I tried to ask a question and received no answer. Most of the time, I felt I was communicating with a bot. Also, there was a thin layer of dust on all the surfaces when I arrived. I'm guessing that some repairs were made after the room had been cleaned.

Great location and pleasant. Problems: air conditioner condensation dripped all over the kitchen counter and onto the floor, making it unsanitary and unsafe. They need to put a drain in. Also, steep stairs are difficult for me and they were not shown in the site info before booking. Other than this, room was nice. Bathroom was great!
It was okay at best. Loud, even during the night, with a bathroom door that doesn’t even close and a shower with plumbing issues. I wouldn’t stay here again but it’s okay for 1 night.
Best apartment i’ve ever stayed in in Phili. I go back and forth a lot to visit my daughter in the University City area and this was fantastic. Will be back!
It was great except I didn't know we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. So, we had to haul 5 different pieces of luggage up 3 flights of stairs to our room. Otherwise, a great stay. Very clean. Centrally located.

The place is nice and clean. However, the stairway is very narrow, making it hard to move my luggage up and down the stairs.

A literal party wall
Industrial chic recently renovated. A bar with music into the wee hours is adjacent to the bedroom. If you like eavesdropping on bar patrons and dancing to your favorite reggae beats, the bedroom is a prime spot.
There was a mouse running around my room and when I contacted the staff via text, I was only given the option to switch to another room. This would be insufficient since the mouse eventually left my room by crawling under the front door. The response from the facility was totally abhorrent and the idea that they have a rodent problem is disgusting.
The space is very nice, modern and clean. It is a walk up, so if you have luggage you need to be prepared to go up steep stairs as there is no elevator. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns. It is conveniently located to the University of Pennsylvania. It is in a generally safe area, but it is not an area you want to venture too far by yourself at night.
I saw a mouse in my room on my second night. I emailed and message the supposed 24/7 hour service to check out the situation or get me a different room. In which they couldn't because they were fully booked which I completely understood but they kept telling me they would have someone come out the next morning but never sent anyone out. As a customer I was very uncomfortable staying in the room and ultimately nothing being done to address the situation other than telling me lies and suggesting that I buy mouse traps.
We never got to check in… apparently they sent an email that I never received. Please request a refund! Not sure who they sent the email to but it clearly doesn’t state where the original email was sent, I’ve checked every inbox and never received anything, even if I searched for the email that forwarded me the cancellation email
