「The facilities are well maintained. There are various activities for young children to play. We like the archery and water park. I am surprised that toys are provided at the beach. However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. 「We stayed here for a week and it was great place to relax. The executive lounge was a welcomed place to go after a day by the pool, but it would have been nicer to have more food options available and for longer periods of time considering the price. Part of the executive lounge perks was a turndown service which did not happen. We also booked an airport pickup which was forgotten about which was a bit disappointing. These were just minor details which could have been opportunities for the hotel...
