"Very friendly staff, helped with train ticket. Pretty decent breakfast (except coffee but you can get coffee elsewhere), hot water, good water pressure. Clean hotel. Loved the terrace at tye entrace where you can just sit have a beer, eat your takeaway or play boardgame. Some negatives: wifi comes and goes, we could not get the AC work (did not bother to ask the staff), tv channels did not work - we often just put on local channels on the telly. "

"A great choice in Vang Vieng. The shipping container rooms are novel, comfortable, clean and cool. (I think Mr Kong is a bit of a genius.) Good AC, comfortable beds, nice showers, OK breakfast (but you'll need to grab a decent coffee nearby at Kiwi, or a 10 minute walk to wonderful Naked). The location is great. It is rather far, and tuktuk drivers are trying to charge ridiculous rates (150,000 kip for the 7 km trip!). Make sure you call ahead and arrange pick-up to avoid difficulties when you arrive.
