Try this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

From checking in to checking out, everything was simple and friendly. The hotel is as clean as you could want it to be, it is in a lovely, tranquil setting..I honestly couldn't have asked for more.

When we arrived the room smelled awful like sewage but we could not pinpoint where the smell came from. When looking at the menu late afternoon a staff member advised us that there won't be any food served that evening due to it being 'dance night'. The 'dance' music went on until 2AM in the morning and then people came up to their rooms without any consideration for other guests. It was very unfortunate, as we choose the stay slightly outside town due to it being remote and having the restaurant facility. Breakfast was plain and simple - most items served out of boxes - for 8Euros.

Hôtel très convivial

Un bon séjour d'ensemble , une grande gentillesse des patrons et du personnel , une atmosphère réunionnaise agréable, mais une chambre parfois un peu chaude , sans climatisation , malgré la fraîcheur végétale .

Les extérieurs pas entretenu le chemin pour aller à la chambre pleins de trous, pas stable pour une personne aillant problèmes d'équilibre difficile d'y aller. La chambre une odeur horrible dedans, sous l'oreiller une araignée vivante...la salle de bain même odeur, sale pour rentrer et sortir de la douche il faut passer entre les toilettes et la porte de douche très difficiles d'accès. Quand nous sortons de la chambre une odeurs d'égouts , des fauteuils et sièges cassés et sales aux portes des chambres, des cendriers qui débordent de mégots. Nous n'avons même pas voulu prendre le petit déjeuner alors que nous avons payés.

Ma réservation disait un lit double, on a eu un lit jumeau. Plusieurs insectes présent dans la chambre. Aucune insonorisation. Le distributeur de gel douche étant vide nous devions nous servir dans le neuf au sol. Une lumière non fonctionnelle dans la salle de bain. Une télé présente mais sans prise à proximité donc quelle utilité ? Ça a suffit pour une nuit de dépannage mais on y retournera pas.

Séjour agréable dans un établissement au bon rapport qualité, prix, literie correct, salle de bain spacieuse et bien agencé. Le chauffage fonctionne très bien ce qui était très appréciable en cette période de l'année.

Hôtel médiocre

L’accueil chaleureux ne reflète pas ce qui vous attend dans les chambres. Au premier abord, même si on attend pas une prestation premium vu la catégorie de l’hôtel, la propreté et l’état général laisse fortement à désirer. État de la salle de bain déplorable, litterie plus que médiocre, on ressent les lattes et des petites bêtes mortes depuis longtemps sont encore présentes derrière la tête de lit avec toiles d’araignées en prime. Si vous souhaitez du calme après votre journée de travail, vous aurez droit à la musique venant des cuisines ou du logement des gérants au rdc ainsi que toutes les discussions de vos voisins. Dommage, ce petit hôtel mériterait plus de professionnalisme, une vrai remise en état et beaucoup plus d’attention à la propreté.

Hotel à rénover

Chambres très ancienne dans un état délabré dont la propreté laisse vraiment à desirer. Une forte odeur de parfum nous a obligé à aérer la chambre pendant plusieurs minutes avant de pour nous y installer. Le volet roulant est cassé et les rideaux occultants étant à plus de 20cm de la fenêtre n'ont pas vraiment d'intérêt.

Hotel mit einigen Bungalows, in denen jeweils 2 Zimmer sind. Zimmer einfach, ausreichend groß, man hat alles, was man braucht. Duschbad geräumig, Heißwasserversorgung ohne Probleme. Insgesamt ordentliche Anlage. Es gibt ein Restaurant mit Menu mittags und abends, ordentlich. Frühstück ok. Alles gut organisiert, sauber, freundliches Personal.

En couple de passage pour une simple nuit.

Un beau potentiel pour cet hôtel, les p'tites maisonnettes et ce restaurant mais ce n'est pas entretenu et un manque d'hygiène. C'est bien dommage par contre c'est un lieu qui est calme .

Es war schön ruhig und das Hotel ist ok ! Leider wird, wie so oft in Frankreich, nur Französisch gesprochen ! Ich spreche drei Sprachen, Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch, konnte mich jedoch mit der Dame an der Rezeption nur mit Händen und Füßen verständigen ! Von einem Hotel, erwarte ich mehr in der heutigen Zeit !
